1. Avoid exposing product to strong and highly concentrated chemicals, such as paint removers, oven cleaners, etc. If contact occurs, to avoid further damage, quickly flush the surface with water.

2.Product surface should be kept clean, tea and coffee stains should be removed immediately.

3.If there is only dust on product surface, blow them away first, then use clean wet and soft cloth to wipe the surface gently.

4.To remove minor stains, use one of the following cleaning method below:
  1) First, try to erase using clean, wet and soft cloth.
  2) If stains cannot be completely removed, try again using cloth with an abrasive cleanser or a common household degreaser (choose the weak acid or weak alkali one according to the acidity and alkalinity of the stain).
  3) For stubborn stain on products with matt finish, use the Sponge provided by us to wipe several times with water, following the direction of the subtle lines on product surface.  (We provide one sponge for each product). If the above methods still cannot remove the stains on product with matt finish, you are suggested to perform a slight polish with #600 (coarser) to  #1000 (finer) sandpaper with water in a gentle circular motion until you gain a smooth surface, and finally use water to clean.
  4) For stubborn stain on products with glossy finish, use cloth with cleaser to wipe off, then use eraser (available in stationery store) to rub the surface, after which use cloth with cleanser to wipe again, and finally use water to clean.

5.When products are scratched or damaged slightly, try the following steps:
  1) Ensure there is no surface dirt by flushing with water.
  2) For products with matt finish,   sanding the area with #600 (coarser) to  #1000 (finer) sandpaper with water in a gentle circular motion until you gain a smooth surface, then use water to celan and finally use dry clean cloth to wipe off the dirt and water.
  3) For products with glossy finish,  sanding the area with #800 to # 2000 sandpaper with water in a gentle circular motion until you gain a smooth surface. Start  with the lower number (coarser) grit followed with each higher number (finer) in ascending order, after which use clean cloth to wipe off the dirt and water. Then perform polish with polishing compound such as 3M™ wax.

6. We highly recommend that you consult with Certified Solid Surfaces fabricators before performing extensive repairs.
