The first work of the fourth generation of C&D real estate Chinese-style series project.

- Manyun turns to C&D's creative Chinese concept of "Confucian Gates, Taoist Gardens, Tang-dynastic styles, and Hua Designs," as well as drawing inspiration from Song-dynastic culture and Chinese water canal-inspired elements by partnering with world-level masters.

- The interior design of the 320 sqm mock up room integrates the traditional Chinese elements and the western style; The 350 sqm mock up room designed by CCD creates a sky "oasis" in the city.

- KA supplied over one-hundred freestanding bathtubs. The matt white finishing of KA bathtub perfectly match the marble decoration of the bathroom.
